About SwipeCaddy today
SwipeCaddy is operated by Const Agility, LLC. At this stage the site is an informational preview with a waitlist sign-up. The SwipeCaddy app is not yet released, and nothing here is an offer of a financial product or service.
The waitlist
You may give us your email to join the waitlist. We will use it to let you know when SwipeCaddy is available and to share occasional product news. You can opt out at any time. We do not guarantee a specific launch date or that the app will include any particular feature.

The SwipeCaddy name, logo, site content, and underlying data compilation are owned by Const Agility, LLC and protected by applicable law. You may not copy or reuse them except as permitted by these terms or with our written permission.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Const Agility, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any information on it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms as SwipeCaddy develops. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above; continued use of the site means you accept the revised terms.
