Delete your SwipeCaddy account
Last updated July 19, 2026. This page covers the SwipeCaddy app by Const Agility, LLC — listed on Google Play as “SwipeCaddy Credit Card Rewards” and on the App Store as “SwipeCaddy: Which Card to Use”. You can delete your account and the data tied to it at any time — instantly from inside the app, or by email if you prefer. Both paths, and exactly what gets removed, are below.
Delete in the app (instant)
Open SwipeCaddy, go to Settings, tap “Delete my account”, and confirm. The deletion runs immediately: it permanently removes your account, profile, saved cards, and notifications, and it can't be undone. You'll get one final email confirming the deletion.
Or request it by email
Email hello@swipecaddy.com with the subject “Delete my account” from the address connected to your Apple or Google sign-in, or tell us which account you mean. We verify it's really you, complete the deletion within 30 days, and confirm by reply.
What gets deleted
Your sign-in credential (Apple, Google) is removed so it can never be used again, your profile and personal information are erased, cards saved to your account are deleted, your device and push-notification registrations are removed, and your email comes off any mailing list.
What we keep
A minimal internal record with an account identifier and timestamps but no name, email, or other personal details (so our statistics and bookkeeping stay honest), plus anything the law requires us to retain. Ads were never personalized to begin with. See our Privacy Policy for what account deletion does and doesn't reach.
Using SwipeCaddy as a guest?
Guests have no server-side account: your wallet is stored only on your device, so deleting the app deletes your data. There's nothing for us to remove.
App Store and Google Play subscriptions
If you ever hold a paid subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it — Apple and Google manage billing, not us. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
