Privacy Policy

Last updated July 9, 2026. The short version: SwipeCaddy never links to your bank and never sees your card numbers or transactions. Right now we collect the email you give us for the waitlist, along with a little context about where you signed up.

Who we are

SwipeCaddy is operated by Const Agility, LLC, 17350 State Hwy 249, Ste 220, Houston, Texas - 77064 (USA). If you have any questions about this policy, email us at swipecaddy@constagility.com.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist we store your email — along with a short source tag and the page you came from (the referring URL) — so we can tell you when SwipeCaddy launches and understand where sign-ups originate. We also use aggregate, cookie-free analytics to understand page views and performance; these do not identify you and are not used for advertising. Like most websites, our host records standard request data (such as IP address and browser) briefly, for security and reliability.

What we do not collect

No bank connections, no card numbers, and no transaction history. The SwipeCaddy app is being designed so the list of cards you carry stays on your device rather than being uploaded to us. We never sell your personal data to anyone.

How we use your information

We use your waitlist email only to notify you about the launch and occasional product news, and to answer you if you contact us. We use analytics and logs to keep the site working and to improve it.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that help us run the site — for example our hosting, analytics, and email providers — under agreements that limit their use of it. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the waitlist at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing us. You can also ask us to show you or delete the personal data we hold about you — just write to swipecaddy@constagility.com.

Children

SwipeCaddy is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as SwipeCaddy grows. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above.
